Our Board

The Board, some of whom are drawn from the local community, are actively involved in contributing to and authorising delivery of the organisation’s programme of work, including projects and services. The Board is currently comprised of nine individuals with a wide range of skills and experience and includes representation from the membership and stakeholders. The Board meets quarterly for artistic and development updates, financial planning and to review the global budget, Risk Assessment and key performance indicators. The Board seek advice from specialist advisors on contract for support from arts, legal and finance professions.
