If you’re a fellow 40-something, doing your best not to be toxic as you care for teenage kids and elderly parents, whilst coming to terms with a late-in-life diagnosis of neurodivergence and the shocking revelation that the aging process is coming for you personally (WTF?!)… well, you’re really going to relate!
