We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual to lead Box Office and cinema operations.

This role leads the delivery of Box Office and cinema operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and efficient ticketing across live events and film. The post holder will shape an audience-led cinema programme and play a central role in audience development, using data and insight to drive decisions. Working across teams, the role ensures ticketing and sales activity support programme performance, driving attendance and strengthening engagement across the cinema and live events offer.
