Leading visual theatre makers MHz invite you to come and immerse yourself in a life-size video cube and explore the movement techniques the company utilises to create their dreamlike performances and visual trickery.

Inspired by their latest show ‘Ruins’ you will experiment with movement qualities, how to playfully respond to video animations and explore fun ways to invoke your inner critter.

We will work in small groups to discover new ways to collaborate with each other and ask ourselves

What is your eco system?
How do we cocoon before transforming?
How do we become inhuman to find humanity?

Exploring themes of abandon, transformation and re-becoming.
