The Senior Adult Dance Club offers weekly fun and relaxed dance and creative movement sessions for adults aged 60 and over.
Join us to dance, boost your exercise levels, and enjoy working with our experienced dance artists. These sessions are open to all abilities and cover a variety of dance and movement techniques and styles. It’s a fantastic way to support a healthy mind and body while meeting new friends in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
