3. Membership Fees

  • Fees vary by membership type and are detailed at the time of purchase.
  • All fees are non-refundable.

4. Membership Term

  • Memberships are valid for one year from the purchase date.
  • Renewal notices will be issued before the expiration of current membership.
  • You can choose the option to auto-renew when you activate your membership.

5. Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals only.
  • Named members must reserve, book and pay for bookings under their own name.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Memberships may be cancelled at any time.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancelled memberships.
  • No ticket refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation of a performance with prior notice. Tickets, handling charges and booking fees are non-refundable
  • If exchanging tickets for a performance with a different Friends discount, Friends will be required to pay the difference
  • It is your responsibility to check upon receipt of your tickets, that you have tickets for the correct production, date and time with the correct discounts

7. Data Protection

  • Member data is protected under GDPR and the theatre’s privacy policy.
  • Personal information will be used only for membership management and communication purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

  • The theatre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Significant changes will be communicated to members as soon as is reasonably practicable.
