Track Project Presented by Paragon

TRACK is a programme of accessible music and dance workshops for disabled people (18+)

It is a chance to create and play in a group setting with an emphasis on socialising, making friends, and having fun. You can expect to experiment with musical instruments and dance techniques, developing your creative voice at your own pace in a relaxed and supportive environment. We then share the music and dance we have made together through live performance events.

Workshops are designed to be inclusive and accessible, led by professionally trained Paragon musicians and dancers who specialise in supporting people with a range of access requirements. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to make it more possible for you to participate

Sessions take place on Wednesdays at Lanternhouse and are open to anyone 18 plus.

Pay-what-you-decide: £3/£5/£7/or £9 per-person-per-session. We encourage everyone to pay only what they can afford and feel comfortable with
