Theatre Tokens

We are now selling Theatre Tokens, the only nationwide gift card scheme for the UK Theatre industry. Theatre Tokens are run by the Society of London Theatre, a not-for-profit organisation that champions the theatre industry and reinvests any profits to grow the arts for future generations.

Theatre Tokens can be bought here and redeemed at over 300 venues nationwide. They have been around since 1984 and have no expiry date, which makes them the easy way to give the gift of theatre.

YOUNG CHILDREN AND BABES IN ARMS

Lanternhouse is a family-friendly venue, but we would recommend that you always check if a performance is suitable for very young children.

Children aged 1 and over must have a paid seat booked for them.

Children under 1 years can sit on your knee for specific shows. Please call the Box Office to check if babes in arms are available and to book a place for your child on 01236 732 887.

If a show is specifically made for very young children there may be a charge for tickets. Just call or email boxoffice@lanternhousearts.org, if you are unsure and to avoid disappointment.

We would kindly ask that members of our audience sitting with children under the age of 1, sit somewhere that is easily accessible, should you need to leave the theatre, in case your child becomes unsettled.

Booster seats are available free of charge.

Baby carriers can be taken into the performance spaces only if a seat is booked and paid for in order to position the carrier.

Prams and buggies are not permitted in the auditorium.
